Personal Fitness Training

First session includes: assessments, body composition, current weight, measurements, body fat percentage, lean body mass, etc. I will create a customized workout plan that is tailored to your specific fitness and nutritional goals. I can travel to your location and meet you wherever you feel comfortable at. This will be an hour session. Please contact me for more information and for pricing. 

Group Fitness Training

6 individuals per session for an hour session. Sessions include upper and lower strength training exercises, etc.  Please contact me for more information and for pricing. 

Martial Arts Conditioning

When we think about martial arts training we often think about punches, kicks, strikes, stances, and self defense. What we don't often think about is the physical fitness benefits that martial arts training provides. What I can provide is the physical fitness aspect of martial arts training combined with some very basic techniques. This is what is called martial arts conditioning.
