Personal Fitness Training

First session includes: assessments, body composition, current weight, measurements, body fat percentage, lean body mass, etc. I will create a customized workout plan that is tailored to your specific fitness and nutritional goals. I can travel to your location and meet you wherever you feel comfortable at. This will be an hour session. Please contact me for more information and for pricing. 

Volleyball player conditioning

This training will include upper body and lower body exercises (free weights, weight machines, kettle bells, bodyweight, TRX suspension Trainer, etc.). Speed, agility, and quickness training, plyometric training, etc. Please contact me for more information and for pricing.
